Who is Cunina?
Cunina has been committed to education for 35 years. What began in 1990 as Sophie Vangheel’s initiative grew into an organisation that has supported more than 18,000 sponsored children and set up over 250 education projects in seven partner countries.
The reasoning has stayed the same all that time: as little money as possible to administration, as much as possible to the classroom.
Why a frugal organisation still invests
Precisely because every euro counts, Cunina looks closely at what administration costs. Data you have to type in twice, documents circulating by email, figures that only become clear afterwards — those are hours that never reach the children.

Two partners, each with their own part
Falcon Automation is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the financial engine. Accounting, cash flows and reporting now live in one system, instead of being spread across separate files.
Offiks.ai comes alongside it as the collaboration platform. Files, documents and tasks are in one place, with clear agreements on who may see what. The two systems talk to each other, so nobody has to enter the same data twice.

Cunina does not work from a single office. Projects run in seven partner countries, with local partners and volunteers who each know part of the file.
A shared platform makes that workable. Everyone looks at the same information and sees what has already happened and what still needs to follow. No email chains, no versions drifting apart — and personal data that stays properly protected.
