What is Offiks.ai? The frequently asked questions, answered briefly

4 min read

Offiks.ai is a Belgian AI platform that captures an organisation's memory — documents, decisions, processes and exceptions — and lets AI agents carry out the administrative routine work on it, each time with a human approval. The platform was called Ishtar365 until September 2026 and runs today at 14 organisations, from 5 to 3,000 users, with 0% client churn since the start.

Is Offiks.ai the same as Ishtar365?

Yes. Offiks.ai is the new name of Ishtar365, public since 15 September 2026. Same company (Ishtar365 BV), same product, same team and the same contracts; only the name, the logo and the domain changed. Existing links and email addresses keep working. More detail on the page about the name change.

What exactly does the platform do?

Three things, in this order:

  • Memory. Documents are recognised, tagged and filed automatically in a metadata-driven document foundation. Findable by content, watched by expiry date, and the knowledge stays yours — also when people leave.
  • The right engine per task. Every task goes to the cheapest engine that can handle it: RPA for routine, generative AI for simple work, agents for complex tasks. "AI-first, not AI-native" — predictable costs.
  • Control. Agents execute, people approve. Audit log, access rights per role and cost ceilings are in there from day one.

Who is it for?

Organisations of roughly 10 to 1,000 employees with a Microsoft environment and no in-house IT integration team: SMEs, public organisations and social profit. Languages: Dutch, French and English.

What does Offiks.ai cost?

There is no public price list; the price depends on the number of users and the workflows you automate. The approach deliberately starts small — one workflow, first ROI within 30 days — so the cost sits against a measurable result. A 30-minute demo or the information pack via hello@offiks.ai produces a concrete proposal.

How long does an implementation take?

At reference client Cibus Real Estate the platform was live in two weeks, including an API connection to Oracle NetSuite. The standard approach: day 1 the document foundation, week 1 systems and people connected, month 1 the first automated workflow under human supervision.

Is Offiks.ai GDPR-compliant and EU AI Act-ready?

Yes. Data stays in your own Microsoft 365 environment and remains the property of your organisation. Agents work within access rights, every execution is logged, and there are cost ceilings. That control layer is deliberately a core pillar and not an afterthought.

Does it replace our existing systems?

No. Offiks.ai is embedded in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Entra ID, Teams) and connects by API to existing systems such as ERP, CRM and payroll. No rip-and-replace.

How is it different from a generic AI assistant like Copilot?

A generic assistant phrases things well but does not know your company: the knowledge sits in mailboxes, Excel and people's heads. Offiks.ai first captures that knowledge in a structured way and then runs workflows on it with approval steps. The difference is executing with control, not just answering questions.

Which results are documented?

Who is behind it?

Offiks.ai is a brand of Ishtar365 BV, based in Mechelen, Belgium. The team is led by Jan Snyers (CEO), Tim Govaert (Head of Product) and Miet Roelandt (Head of Sales).

How do you write the name?

Always Offiks.ai — capital O, lowercase "ai". Domains and email addresses entirely in lowercase: www.offiks.ai, hello@offiks.ai. Not "Offiks.AI".
